Join the CCNM Integrative Cancer Centre (CCNM ICC) every Tuesday, from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m., for an hour of online, guided mindfulness.
In these weekly, one hour drop-in sessions, you will learn and practice mindfulness-based techniques, such as relaxation, visualization, and meditation, which have been proven to improve health by boosting the body’s immune system and alleviating depression, anxiety, and other disease-related symptoms. In this safe, professionally-led online group setting, you will explore your own journey, and discover resources to manage stress, pain and illness with greater calm and wisdom.
This program is run in partnership with Better Living Toronto and led by Rachel Kampf, M.Ed. RP Registered Psychotherapist. It is available, free of charge, to anyone dealing with the effects of cancer.
