Join us for our next eight week online Mindfulness Course!

In these weekly, one hour sessions, participants learn and practice mindfulness-based techniques, such as relaxation, visualization and meditation, which have been proven to improve health by boosting the body’s immune system and alleviating depression, anxiety and other disease-related symptoms. In this safe, professionally-led online group setting, participants explore their own journeys, and discover resources to manage stress, pain and illness with greater calm and wisdom.

When: Thursdays, from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m., April 9 – May 28, 2020

Where: CCNM Integrative Cancer Centre

Course leader: Rachel Kampf, M.Ed. RP Registered Psychotherapist

This course will be run in partnership with Better Living Toronto. It is available, free of charge, to anyone dealing with the effects of cancer.
