There’s nothing quite like enjoying a cold popsicle on a hot Summer day, however most store-bought popsicles contain sugar, high fructose corn syrup and/or artificial flavours. Thankfully, quick and easy homemade popsicles can be a healthy version of a favourite Summertime treat.   

The natural fruit in this popsicle recipe adds more nutrients and antioxidants to your day without using refined sugar. You also have the option of getting extra protein and creaminess if you decide to include Greek yogurt to the mix! 

Ingredients (10 popsicles) 

  • 3 cups strawberries (or any fruit of your choice) 
  • 3 cups peaches, peeled and sliced (or any fruit of your choice) 
  • Optional sweetener: 2 Tbsp honey 
  • Optional protein add-on: 2/3 – 1 cup Greek yogurt 


  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender until smooth. 
  2. Pour into molds. 
  3. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until hard, at least 4-6 hours. 
  4. When ready, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen, then remove the popsicles from the molds. 
  5. Enjoy!
